Linn State Technical College is hosting the 46th annual Missouri Skills USA Leadership and Skills Conference Thursday.
This year's conference is supposed to stack up the same way as last year’s.
More than 70 Missouri high schools and six community colleges will participate in the three day event.
On average, 2,000 students and teachers participate in over 120 leadership, skill and written contests, preparing students for the National Skills USA contests.
Winners from the 2012 conference will represent Missouri at the 47th annual National Leadership and Skills Conference in Kansas City this summer.
