Columbia school superintendent signs new contract

COLUMBIA, MO. -- Columbia’s Public School Superintendent signed a new contract.

Columbia School Board Members unanimously approved a contract extension for Dr. Chris Belcher.

Belcher will keep his same annual salary of $188,492 plus benefits.

The district will also continue to pay Belcher a monthly allowance for the use of his personal car.

Belcher’s new contract expires on June 30, 2015.
