Deputies find crack cocaine in Cole County residence

COLE COUNTY -- Cole County Deputies arrested a resident after they found crack cocaine.

On Monday afternoon at about 2:30 p.m. the Cole County Sheriff’s Department and Mustang Drug Task Force executed a warrant in the 5200-block of South Brooks.

Deputies said they seized an eighth ounce of crack cocaine and took a person into custody without incident.

Charges are pending and the investigation is ongoing.
