Pre-trial hearing Monday for accused armed robber of Check n' Go

COLUMBIA -- A man charged with first degree robbery and armed criminal action has a pre-trial hearing in Boone County court Monday afternoon.

Police said Drake Stockton-Kenney robbed the Check 'N Go on Nifong in August 2011.

When he was arrested police found a handgun and cash in an amount consistent with what was taken from the Check 'N Go location.

Stockton-Kenney's jury trial is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. Wednesday.
