Man arrested for selling prescription medication

OSAGE BEACH -- Osage Beach Police arrested a man on drug related charges.

Police said on Monday, February 27, officers went to a home on Cedar Drive for an on-going investigation dealing with a vehicle stolen in November.

While they were talking with the resident, Kenneth A. Williams, 43, Officers noticed pill bottles that had the names of the prescribed patient scraped off of them and bottles with names of

They also found several prescription bottles with the name of the prescribed patient, which wasn’t Williams.

During the investigation Officers found a paper which documented numerous prescription drugs and their sale price per pill.

Police said there was also a white powdered substance which they believed was methamphetamine and smoking pipes containing marijuana residue at the home.

The various pill bottles, pills and other prescribed narcotics had been improperly discarded by their owner and were found by Williams who was selling them.

Williams is charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute, manufacture, and produce a controlled substance and possession of Controlled Substance – Amphetamine.

Williams is being held in the Camden County Jail.
