Woman ejected from car after losing control

JEFFERSON CITY -- A woman was life flighted to University Hospital after she crashed her car Sunday afternoon.

It happened on Old Highway 50, near Lookout Trail just before Centertown.

Highway Patrol Troopers said the woman was driving eastbound on Old Highway 50 when she lost control of her car and went off the side of the road.

The car flipped over several times and the woman was ejected.

Troopers said when they got to the scene she was in stable condition.
