AUXVASSE -- There is a boil order for some Auxvasse residents. It affects the northeast side of town.
The streets affected go north from Pine Street. The area includes: Pine Street, North Callaway County Apartments, North Main Street, Love Street, Joy Street, Industrial Park and the North Callaway Mobile Manor.
People in the area may experience low or no water pressure. You are encouraged to boil water vigorously for three minutes before use.
- Use only boiled water for drinking, brushing teeth, diluting fruit juice and all other food preparation or consumption.
- Do not use ice from an automatic icemaker or use any ice made with un-boiled water.
- Let water cool before drinking.
The boil order is in effect until further notice.
