BOONE COUNTY COURTHOUSE, MO. -- The murder trial of co-defendant Tony Lewis, 28, resumed at the Boone County Courthouse.

Lewis is 1 of 8 men convicted in the robbery and murder of Aaron Hobson at a Columbia Break Time Convenience Store parking lot in October of 2010.

Lewis is the last co-defendant to stand trial in the felony murder case.

Prosecutors said Lewis grabbed some cash that was thrown out of Hobson’s vehicle during the robbery and contributed to the murder.

The trigger man, Daron Peal, was sentenced to 45 years in prison.
