MILLER CO. -- Update: Friday Jan. 20 at 8:00 a.m.:

The Miller County Sheriff's Department said in a Thursday night news release charges have been filed against four people in regards to Wednesday's incident which involved property damage and a dispute that escalated into a shooting.

Miller County Prosecuting Attorney Matt Howard has charged Spencer Enloe with a Class C felony of tampering in the first degree. His bond is set at $50,000.

Howard has charged Roy Gene Crown with class A felony of assault in the first degree, with a bond set at $500,000.

William J. Hankey has been charged with class B felony burglary in the first degree, with a bond set at $300,000.

Deputies said a fourth suspect, a juvenille, has been referred to juvenile authorities for two counts of felony assault with a firearm.

Update: Thursday, Jan. 19 at 9:25 p.m.:

One of the victims in Wednesday night's shooting in Miller County is now listed in good condition.

The other two victims are still listed in critical.

While we did talk with neighbors, and the wife of one of the victim's in the Town and Country Trailer Park, none of them wanted to go on camera.

But they did say it all started with the bashing in of an SUV, which belongs to one of the victims.

It happened in front of the family's home.

The woman I spoke with said she saw people in a tan SUV get out of their vehicle and start beating in the windows of the family's Blazer.

The woman's boyfriend, her son, and his friend tried to follow the suspects down this gravel road and up to a blue house on top of a hill, which is where the shooting happened.

The sheriff's department said the victims were armed with bats and clubs, possibly to retaliate for their vehicle being damaged.

A fight broke out and the suspects fired several shots, hitting the three men.

Two of the victims fled the scene and eventually two staff for life helicopters landed at a nearby gas station.

Surveillance video near Chicky's Restaurant caught a third helicopter landing to pick up the final victim.

Sheriff Bill Abbott said the suspects both are males, one is a juvenile.

Neither face charges at this time.

Update: Thursday, Jan. 19 at 7:45 p.m.:

Sheriff Bill Abbott said the first 911 call on the shooting came in Wednesday at 11:21 p.m. Deputies soon determined three people were injured.

According to the Miller County Sheriff’s Department, the three injured men went to the scene of the shooting armed with baseball bats and clubs. It’s believed they did this to retaliate for an SUV that was bashed in earlier in the night.

A fight broke out involving the three men and several residents who lived in two houses at the scene. One suspect shot one of the men and a juvenile used a .22 caliber rifle to shoot the other two.

The two male suspects are in custody, but do not face charges at this time. Their names will not be released unless the prosecutor decides to file charges.

Update Thursday at 7:30 a.m.:

Authorities in Miller County continue to investigate an overnight shooting.

Miller County Sheriff Bill Abbott told KRCG the shooting occurred just south of Eldon a little before midnight Wednesday night.

Abbott said that there are two suspects in custody, a juvenile and an adult.

He told us that there are three victims in critical condition at University Hospital in Columbia.

Sheriff Abbott said no other details can be released because the shooting is still under investigation.
