A holiday tradition continues Friday night in Mid-Missouri as cities hold their "Living Windows" celebrations.

Friday night in Jefferson City from 6-9 pm, storefronts and windows will come alive with dancers, singers and Christmas scenes.

Hayrides will be available and Santa Claus will make a stop at Hawthorn Bank.

In Columbia, you can check out the Living Windows scenes from
6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday.

Participating businesses will be staging live performances of popular holiday scenes in their windows.
