The driver who police say caused a double fatal accident in Cole County will head to trial next year.

Damien Bryan is charged with two counts of 2nd degree murder and one count of DWI aggravated offender.

Bryan made a court appearance last week. That's when a judge set his jury trial for March 12, 2012.

Police say on August 31st, Bryan caused a car accident on Rumsey Lane when he tried to drive across Route C.

A Kansas woman and a Russellville man were killed as a result of that crash.
