FULTON -- Fulton Police are investigating a roll over accident.
It happened at about 9:30 Friday morning on State Road F near Hickman Drive.
When police got to the scene they found a car lying on its top in a creek bed with its driver, Ian Culverhouse, 53, stuck inside.
The Fulton Fire Department cut Culverhouse out of the car, which had extensive damage.
Culverhouse suffered moderate injuries and was taken by EMS to University Hospital for evaluation.
Alcohol is believed to be a contributing factor of the accident.
The Fulton Police Department is investigating the accident to determine if any charges are to be filed.
