Police are not releasing the identity of the man in the surveillance video with Deborah Bradley, but said they have talked to him and that he is not involved in the disappearance of Bradley's daughter, Lisa Irwin.

Police are also not releasing his relationship with Bradley or the Irwin family, but family members told our CBS sister station in Kansas City that the man is Bradley's brother and the wine purchased was for a family event.

Authorities released videos of Lisa Irwin's mother shopping at a nearby store for baby food, wipes and a box of wine the day the 10-month-old went missing. Deborah Bradley went to the store with an unidentified man just before 5 p.m. Monday, Oct. 3.

They reported their daughter missing early Tuesday, Oct. 4 morning when Irwin's father returned home from a late shift at work. Lisa Irwin was last seen around 10:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 3, when the mother said she put the child to bed.

Kansas City Police spent part of Wednesday searching the woods near the home where the baby was reported missing. They planned to use horses and all terrain vehicles for the search.

The search was not prompted by a tip. On Tuesday, police searched a nearby abandonded home and cistern, while more than 30 detectives pursued other leads.

A private investigator was also hired in the case. The private investigator, Bill Stanton, said a wealthy family hired him to investigate the disappearance of the baby.

He would not disclose who hired him, but stood with the family on Tuesday, Oct. 12 and made a statement to the media that he planned to follow every lead he could to find the baby and planned to use the media to get information out about the case.
