The Rolla Police Department said Kaiser has been found and is safe. Nathaniel Bailey is in custody.
Rolla police thanked the Missouri State Highway Patrol, St. James Police, the Phelps County Sheriff's Department, and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

Missouri officials have issued an Amber Alert for a young boy from Rolla.
The Highway Patrol named Nathaniel Bailey as the suspect. They say he abducted Kaiser Bailey from the front yard of the 2-year-old’s home Saturday at about 5:55 p.m.
Nathaniel, 33, does not have parental rights to Kaiser, and he’s known to be violent and use drugs.
It’s believed they are in a light blue Geo Tracker or Jeep Cherokee. There is no information on where they might be headed.
Kaiser has light brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt with red lettering and brown shorts.
Nathaniel has brown hair and hazel eyes. He also has a black tribal tattoo on his right arm.
Anyone with information on their whereabouts should call 911 immediately.
