A Fulton man pleaded guilty to burglarizing a Fulton car wash in Sept. 2010 this week.
On Monday, Matthew Day, 21, of Fulton pleaded guilty to 2nd degree burglary, stealing and property damage. Judge Christine Carpenter sentenced Day to three years for each of the charges, but gave him a suspended execution of the sentence. He was put on five years of supervised probation with several conditions.
Day is expected to pay restitution for the crimes. He admitted to burglarizing a Fulton car wash, stealing money and other property and damaging a security camera in the process.
