Fulton Animal Control and Fulton Police executed an animal search warrant at 829 Middle Street at 9 a.m. The said Noaleen Kay Motter is the owner of the residence.

Authorities found the 30 cats and 3 dogs running loose inside the residence.

They took the animals to the Fulton Animal Shelter.

"They all appear to be in pretty good condition. About 75-percent of them seem pretty healthy. The rest of them will be checked out by the vet to see if everything alright with them,” Fulton Animal Control Supervisor said.

Kay Motter was issued a citation for exceeding the number of animals a citizen can have in the city of Fulton. Citizens can only have a combination of four animals. Further charges are also pending at this time.
