JEFFERSON CITY, MO. -- Jefferson City Police Officers are investigating how a man died while driving his car.

Thursday morning at 8:15 officers found a gold-colored Mazda Tribute partially submerged in Wears Creek towards the back of the ice arena on Kansas Street.

Police said the driver of the Tribute, 46-year-old Bradley Hall of Jefferson City was still in the driver's seat but was lying across the center console into the passenger floor board area.

Police believe the driver could have died before the vehicle went off the road given the victim's medical history.

An autopsy is being performed.
