A Jefferson City woman was sentenced to four years in prison on statutory rape charges.

29-year-old Amy Wallendorf was charged with two counts of statutory rape. Cole County Prosecuting Attorney Mark Richardson says the charges stem from incidents last year.

The indictment documents said over the course of time between February and December of 2010, Wallendorf had sexual intercourse episodes with an unknown male subject who was under the age of 17.

Court documents indicate the second charge stemmed from an incident that happened in November 2010 when Wallendorf was arrested after having sexual intercourse with another unknown male subject under the age of 17.

A sentence of two, four year sentences to be served concurrently was handed down Wednesday.
