A 22-year-old man is the Callaway County Jail arrested on suspicion of child abuse.

Fulton Police responded Wednesday night around 10:40 to a residence in the 400 block of East 2nd Street for a domestic disturbance.

Police said their investigation determined that Bradley Foutes Jr. had hit two juveniles. Police said Foutes punched a one-year-old baby boy in his head and kicked and slapped a 12-year-old boy in his head and stomach.

The boys had bruising on their bodies, but didn’t require medical attention.

Police didn’t release the relationship between Foutes and the two children.

Foutes was arrested on suspicion of felony child abuse and felony child endangerment. He was booked in the Callaway County Jail on a $30,000 bond.
