Update: June 28 at 1:45 p.m.:
Columbia Police located the missing woman and her vehicle at a local hospital.
The suspect is still on the loose. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and plaid shorts. He left the area on foot on Keene Street.
If anyone knows the whereabouts of Williams, police ask you call 875-TIPS or the Columbia Police Department.

Columbia Police are searching for a possible kidnapping victim and her boyfriend.
Police said Arthur C. Williams, 36, assaulted his girlfriend and took her against her will.
Williams is a black male, driving a 1999 maroon Mercury Sable with the registration DG2 J1A. It is his girlfriend's vehicle.
Williams is 5'10", 190 pounds, with dread locks to his shoulders.
