Fatal accident in Boone Co.

Around 8 Sunday night a two car accident was reported on Highway 63 near Peabody Road in Boone County.

Witnesses reported one of the victims from a vehicle was laying in the middle of the road unconscious.

A helicopter was called in to transport victims. 51 year old Arlen McGee died in the crash.

Two other victims suffered minor injuries.

The Highway Patrol said McGee failed to yield and hit the other car, his car then hit a road sign and he was ejected.
