A parental child abduction suspect was arrested on Monday, three years after a warrant was issued for her arrest.

According to Pulaski County Sheriff J. B. King, a routine review of a 2008 case turned up a new lead in the search for Keli M. Knutsen, 30, formerly of Crocker. The review led Det. Doug Renno to a location in Shawnee, Kan. When Shawnee City Police checked the location at 7 p.m. Monday, they found Knutsen and arrested her.

Knutsen is in the Johnson County, Kan. jail pending court action. The missing child was also found and turned over to Kansas authorities.
