Mother accused in son's drowning death in court

In Osage County Friday, there's a trial setting for the Linn mother accused in the drowning death of her infant son.

28-year-old Rachel Sweet has pled not guilty and waived a preliminary hearing.

She's charged with involuntary manslaughter and child endangerment. Sweet's baby drowned in a bathtub in March.
