Early Wednesday morning, Fulton Police arrested a 46-year-old man for driving while intoxicated.

They received a report of a white Chevrolet trck driving carelessly on Business 54. They later found that vehicle in the Walmart parking lot.

They then arrested the driver, Claude D. Brown of Fulton. After investigating Brown they discovered Brown had 3 prior DWI's and a 10 year minimum denial on his driver's license.

Brown was taken to the Callaway County Jail. His bond was set at $4,800.
