Fire destroys Osage Beach home

Update: Wednesday, April 20th at 8:35 a.m.:

Fire crews have determined the house to be a total loss. No on was home at the time of the fire. Investigators are looking into the cause.

Original Story:

Fire crews in the Osage Beach area responded to a fire early Wednesday morning.

Around 3:45 a.m., crews were fighting flames that had fully engulfed a home located at 1161 Osage Beach Road. Multiple trucks were sent to the scene.

Firefighters had the fire under control quickly and had the flames completely put out by 5:15.

No word yet on the cause of the fire or if there was anyone inside at the time. We will continue to update this story as new information becomes available.
