COLUMBIA, MO -- Columbia police are searching for suspects in a weekend shooting at a Waffle House.
On Sunday at 3:51 a.m., officers went to the restaurant at 904 Vandiver Drive after receiving several reports of shots being fired. After investigating, officers learned several unknown people were involved in a physical disturbance in the parking lot. That’s when the shots were fired.
Witnesses told police they heard 10 shots. Officers found 10 shell casings. Those were from 2 different calibers.
There were no reports of any injuries, and police do not know of a possible motive.
