Police said it happened at the Phillips 66 on West Ash. Witnesses reported four black males came into the business around 3:01 a.m. Monday, one armed with a handgun. Two of the suspects reportedly forced the female employees into the cashier area and demanded money.

Police said the suspects fled on foot after getting an undetermined amount of cash from the registers. The two employees were struck in the head with the handgun by the armed suspect, according to police, but no medical treatment was needed.
