23 arrested for dealing drugs in Cole and Callaway Counties

Those arrested include:

Thomas J. Pittmon for two counts of distribution of a controlled substance near public housing.
Margaret M. Rodecap, one count distribution of a controlled substance.
Linda Holliman, two counts of distribution of controlled substance
Freddie J. Eads, one count of distribution of controlled substance, one count of distribution of controlled substance near public housing.
Janet L. Griffey, one count distribution of controlled substance.
Victory Ray Mantel, Jr. two counts distribution of controlled substance.
Harley R. Mantel, one count distribution of controlled substance
Ryan Lee Miller, two counts of distribution of controlled substance
Judy Ann Dickens, three counts of distribution of controlled substance
Barry Richard Mudd, three counts of distribution of controlled substance
Charles N. McNeil, two counts distribution of controlled substance near schools
Alan K. Lawson, distribution of controlled substance prior persistent offender.
Curtis L. Mahnken, distribution of controlled substance.

Officers also arrested David Wyatt, Jr. at a residence while looking for a subject with an arrest indictment in the New Bloomfield area. Authorities said he was found with stolen property and was arrested for receiving stolen property.

Law enforcement in Cole and Callaway counties started early Wednesday morning rounding up suspected drug dealers.

In Cole County officers arrested five people and are still looking for 13 more.

In Callaway County 18 people were taken into custody, 10 are at-large.

Callaway County Sergeant Shannon Jeffries tells KRCG the arrests were not concentrated in one area, but made across a wide area in both counties. Three suspects in Callaway County were additionally charged with drug distribution near public housing and three more for dealing drugs near a school.

The round up of suspects comes after a long-term undercover investigation by the Mustang and East-Central Drug Task Forces. They include officers from many different departments including the Fulton and Jefferson City Police Departments.
