Man arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and is a chronic Offender

FULTON, MO. -- Fulton Police arrested a drunk driver with a revoked drivers license Friday night.

At about 9 p.m. police were notified of a vehicle that was driving carelessly and imprudently on Churchill Dr. 

An Officer found the vehicle stopped in the middle of Churchill Dr. blocking the street. 

The driver was identified as Michael R. Adams. 

Adams was intoxicated and he was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated-Chronic Offender, a Class B Felony and Driving While Revoked. 

Adams has five prior convictions for Driving While Intoxicated. 

Adams's Missouri Driver's License has been revoked since 1994. 

Adams was also arrested on March 5th 2011 by the Fulton Police Department for Driving While Intoxicated-Chronic Offender and Driving While Revoked and he has a court date later this month on that charge.

Adams was transported to the Callaway County Jail with a bond of $25,000.00.
