COLUMBIA, MO. --

A woman and three children are homeless Sunday night.

Columbia firefighters were called to an apartment building in the 3000 block of Alpine Drive Sunday afternoon.

The building suffered significant fire, smoke, and water damage.

The red cross is assisting the family with immediate needs.
