Woman arrested on suspicion of DWI with children in the car

Early Thursday morning Fulton Police stopped Sherry Grimm for a traffic violation.

 

She was then tested and arrested for Felony Driving While Intoxicated.

 

An infant and teenager were both in the car at the time. It was also discovered that Grimm’s driving status had been revoked in 2009. This was her third DWI.

 

Grimm faces multiple charges including Felony DWI Persistent Offender, Driving while Revoked and two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child Under 17 Years of Age.

 

She is being held in the Callaway County Jail with a bond of $10,500.
