Update: Wednesday Feb. 9th at 10:21 a.m.:
ST. LOUIS (AP) -- The St. Louis County prosecutor says no charges will be filed in connection with the overdose death of the girlfriend of Anheuser-Busch heir August Busch IV.
Twenty-seven-year-old Adrienne Martin died Dec. 19 after spending the night at Busch's estate.
Prosecuting Attorney Bob McCulloch said Thursday the investigation into Martin's death is closed for now but it could be reopened if more information becomes available.
St. Louis County Medical Examiner Mary Case said Wednesday an autopsy showed Martin died of an accidental overdose of the prescription painkiller oxycodone. McCulloch says Martin also had cocaine in her system.
Busch was the last of a long line of family members to run Anheuser Busch before it was sold to Belgian brewer InBev in 2008.

ST. LOUIS (AP) -- The St. Louis County prosecuting attorney's office isn't saying when it will wrap up its investigation into the death of the girlfriend of August Busch IV.
On Wednesday, St. Louis County Medical Examiner Mary Case announced that 27-year-old Adrienne Martin died of an accidental overdose of the painkiller oxycodone.
It wasn't immediately clear if the finding could result in criminal charges. Don Schneider, a spokesman for prosecutor Bob McCulloch, would say only that an investigation is ongoing.
Martin was found dead on the morning of Dec. 19 at Busch's estate in southwest St. Louis County.
Forensics administrator Suzanne McCune said the full report from Martin's toxicology exam won't be released until the prosecutor's investigation is complete. She would not say if any other drugs were found in Martin's system.
