Two suspects in a Columbia robbery that happened back in December were arrested just after midnight on Monday.

On December 30, 2010, officers responded to a burglary in progress call at Kilgore's Pharmacy on North Providence. They located and apprehended a suspect, Fabian Goldman, after a brief foot chase. While searching the area, officers ran into 19-year-old Dewayne Carter and 18-year-old Andre Harvey. They questioned the two men but did not gain enough evidence to arrest them.

Police attempted to locate Carter and Harvey several times after Goldman named the pair during his interview with police and officers confirmed it was them in the surveilance video. Police visited multiple addresses that the suspects were associated with, but they were not found.

On Monday, January 17, an anonymous call came in at around 12:10 A.M., the caller claimed that they had seen subjects walking on the railroad tracks who were possibly wanted for the Kilgore burglary. The suspects were indentified by name and officers responded to the area. They found four men walking on the tracks, two of them were Carter and Harvey. The others were not involved in the incident.

Harvey and Carter tried to lie to the police about their identities but they were arrested. They two are charged with felony stealing, 2nd degree burglary, 1st degree property damage, and 2nd degree property damage.

All suspects in this case have been arrested.
