Flags fly at half-staff to honor those who died at Pearl Harbor

Flags are being flown at half-staff at all state and local government buildings on Tuesday.

That's to commemorate those who died or were wounded during the attack on Pearl Harbor on Dec. 7, 1941.

A 1996 state law designates this day as Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day.
