Fulton firefighters were called to a structure fire Sunday night.

Crews arrived at the 500 block of Westminster avenue just before 9 p.m. to find heavy smoke coming from the residence and fire in the basement.

The fire was brought under control within minutes.

The cause of the fire was determined to be an electrical problem in the basement.

No one was in the house at the time.

Damage is estimated at about $50,000.
