Vaught has pre-trial conference on Thursday

A former Jefferson City school bus driver accused of first degree statutory sodomy has a pre-trial conference Thurday.

William Vaught was arrested in August. He's accused of committing the felony sometime between May and December of 2008.

The incident involved a child younger than 12-years-old.

First Student Bus Company suspended him immediately following the arrest.

Vaught's jury trial is scheduled to start Monday
