LAKE OZARK, MO -- A driver suffered moderate injuries after colliding with a school bus in Lake Ozark.

The wreck happened Tuesday afternoon on Highway 42 in front of School of the Osage.

Osage police say the driver of the car didn't stop at a red light and the school bus hit the car. At the time, the bus was crossing Highway 42 from the middle school campus to the high school campus.

It took firefighters about 15 minutes to get the driver of the car out of the vehicle. She went to Lake Regional Hospital with moderate injuries.

There were 13 School of the Osage students on the bus. They were not injured in the crash.
