A case review is planned is for a Morgan County pastor charged with child sex crimes Monday.

In September, prosecutors charged Travis Smith with statutory rape and child molestation, both are second degree charges.

The charges involve two girls, in separate cases, who were members of Smith's church in Stover.

The molestation charge stems from an incident that allegedly happened this summer.

A 14-year-old girl said Smith touched her inappropriately during a fishing trip at Ivy Bend.

These allegations sparked a review of previous accusations against Smith.

A couple years ago, a young woman told a detective she had a sexual relationship with Smith from 2004 through 2007.

She said she was 15 when they first had intercourse, and that they had encounters at the church and at outside locations.
