FULTON, Mo. (AP) -- Former U.S. Secretary of State James Baker is scheduled to speak in central Missouri.
Baker was expected to give a speech Wednesday at Westminster College in Fulton titled, "The Case for Pragmatic Idealism." Baker served as secretary of state for President George H.W. Bush and as treasury secretary for President Ronald Reagan.
Baker also led several presidential campaigns.
The speech is part of the school's annual Symposium on Democracy. Baker's speech starts at 2 p.m
