A young Dixon woman was killed in a freak accident last night.
The Highway Patrol says 19 year old Breanna Overby was a passenger in an SUV that overturned several times after blowing a tire.
The accident occurred shortly before 10:00 p.m. Tuesday night on Interstate 44, about five miles east of Lebanon. Overby was one of six people in the vehicle.
The driver, 19 year old Whitni Smith of Rolla, was seriously injured. Four passengers had minor injuries.
The Patrol says only one person in the vehicle was wearing a safety restraint, a four year old girl.
