Unclaimed Property Auction Nets $105,000

COLUMBIA, MO -- The results are in from Monday’s unclaimed property auction in Columbia.

State Treasurer Clint Zweifel said the state netted $105,000.

A silver bar weighing 100 troy ounces went for the biggest bid at $1,900.

All the money will go back into the unclaimed property pot so owners and their heirs can claim the cash.
