DESOTO, Mo. (AP) -- Seven people face charges after a methamphetamine lab bust in Jefferson County.
KSDK-TV reported Tuesday that deputies responded to a home in DeSoto after someone complained of a chemical smell. Deputies say they found a meth lab in the home. One deputy was hurt during a struggle with one of the suspects.
Six of the suspects are from Missouri -- three from Potosi, two from DeSoto, one from Dittmer. The other is from Granite City, Ill.
All seven are jailed and accused of attempting to manufacture meth.
