JEFFERSON CITY, MO (AP) -- Missouri Attorney General Chris Koster has withdrawn a motion seeking to intervene in a lawsuit over the federal health care overhaul.
The development came after Kinder filed an amended complaint making it clear he wasn't trying to sue on behalf of the state.
Kinder is raising private funds to pay for the lawsuit, which contends that part of the federal health care overhaul will harm the state's seniors.
