AUDRAIN COUNTY, MO. -- An Audrain County Circuit Judge decided to certify 15-year-old murder suspect as an adult for the murder of James McNeely.

Jordan Clay Harvey was dismissed from juvenile court by Judge Kelly Broniec Tuesday.

Jordan’s mother, Angela Harvey, father, Chester Harvey and older brother, Chad Harvey are charged with the first degree murder of McNeely.

McNeely’s body was found in a tractor-trailer in December 2009. There were a total of eight arrests made in connection to McNeely’s murder. Two were minors, including Jordan and his 17-year-old brother. (See all the suspects here)

The Audrain County Prosecutor issued Jordan’s arrest warrant for second degree murder, kidnapping and felonious restraint.

Jordan is being held at Audrain County Jail with a $500,000 bond.

His 17-year-old brother’s certification hearing is set for Oct. 1.
