COLUMBIA, MO. -- Update: Monday, Aug. 2 at 10:35 a.m.:

Police arrested Maurice Penny, 26, and Deundra Woods, 18, both of Columbia, on charges of unlawful use of a weapon and armed criminal action.

An officer located the two near the intersection of Fifth and Lyon Streets. Witnesses said the two got in a fight and they fired hand-guns.

There were no reported injuries. An investigation is ongoing to see if these shots are related to earlier incidents in Columbia.

Columbia Police responded to calls of more shots fired.

The call came in just after 10:30 p.m. Sunday saying that six shots were fired in Douglass Park on North Providence Road.

No one is in custody and no injuries were reported
