All Missouri state flags will fly at half-staff Monday to honor a soldier from St. Louis who died in Afghanistan.

Sgt. Zachary Fisher of Ballwin was among four soldiers killed July 14 at Zabul Province, Afghanistan, when insurgents attacked their military vehicle with an improvised explosive device.

Fisher was 24.

Gov. Jay Nixon also ordered that U.S and Missouri flags on all state buildings in St. Louis County be flown at half-staff Tuesday through Saturday in Fisher's honor.
