Police need help to find cemetery vandals

BOONE COUNTY, MO. -- Police need your help to find suspects responsible for vandalizing tombstones at a Hartsburg cemetery.

The Boone County Sheriff’s Department received a report from the Goshen Primitive Baptist Church saying that 50 tombstones were toppled causing $2,000 in damage.

The cemetery was vandalized between Saturday noon and Sunday at 11 a.m.

Anyone with information about this crime is urged to contact CrimeStoppers at 875-TIPS (7477).
