COLUMBIA, MO. -- A Columbia man is in custody after a four hour standoff with police.
Columbia police arrested Duran G. Pipes, 26, Tuesday around 10 p.m. when he peacefully came out of his house on West Broadway.
Pipes had a warrant out for his arrest after an incident on June 14 where pipes reportedly assaulted and choked ex-girlfriend.
