AUDRAIN COUNTY, MO. -- Update: Wednesday, June 23 at 3:25 p.m.
Four suspects connected with the murder of James McNeely were in court Wednesday.
Chester Harvey Jr. and Angela Harvey appeared in court in the morning.
Chad Harvey was in court for his arraignment Wednesday afternoon. He pleaded not guilty and requested for a change of venue and for a different judge.
Chad’s attorney said that they are negotiating with the prosecution about a plea agreement. Chad will be back in court on Aug. 2.
Robert Allen, charged with kidnapping James McNeely, was in court for his arraignment also Wednesday. The judge said that the case will continue on Aug. 2 for a status hearing.
The three men charged with kidnapping McNeely all posted their bond earlier this year and are out of the county jail.

Two murder suspects appeared at the Audrain County courthouse to be arraigned.
Chester Harvey Jr. and Angela Harvey are charged with the first degree murder of James McNeely.
Angela requested a new judge. A court date is set for July 9 to decide on the request. The judge also set Angela’s bond at $500,000 cash.
Chester pleaded not guilty and requested a change of venue and judge. A court date is set for Aug. 2 to decide the requests.
The investigation on the murder case is still open because it seems to investigators that more people knew about the murder than they first thought.
Audrain County prosecutor will be meeting with the victim’s family to talk about if they should seek the death penalty for the suspects.
