A jail staff member is accused of having sexual contact with on inmate
ROLLA, MO. -- A member of the Pulaski County Jail staff was arrested Wednesday on one charge of sexual contact with an inmate.
Joshua Wagner, 27, of Rolla is charged with the Class D felony.
The Division of Drug and Crime Control of the Missouri State Highway Patrol has been investigating the incident since April of this year.
Officials there said after an interview with the suspect in late April, Wagner was fired from his job at the jail.
It wasn't until this week the charge was filed and Wagner was arrested.
He immediately posted the $50,000 bond.
